Hi — I'm the goofy guy behind all this. After making Benefizz for months as a probiotic, delicious drink and selling it at my wife Karen's Memphis coffee bar, Otherlands, we finally said, "I wonder if anybody else would like this stuff?"
We make each batch (about 40 bottles each) by hand with restaurant-grade equipment.
Benefizz couldn't happen without the rest of the team, either! I'm ever-grateful for the day-to-day production expertise from our dear friend Lindye, and we keep the business running with help from our friends over at Southern Growth Studio.
